Matthias founded Juwi AG and has been a visionary and pioneer in the field of renewable energy for over 25 years. With WiWin, he facilitates the access to sustainable investments for smaller investors. With Wi Venture he supports start-ups that share his vision of a Net-zero future.
Luis Sperr
Luis has more than 15 years of experience as an entrepreneur, manager and investor in mobility and energy with a broad network to entrepreneurs, start-ups, corporates, investors, and the public sector. In addition to his consulting experience, he founded a company in the AI sector with MAPEGY. At EIT InnoEnergy, Luis was part of the early-stage DACH investment team and also restructured and further developed the global mobility portfolio.
Marius Weckel
Marius has been active as a founder and manager in the startup’ environment for over 10 years. After his engineering studies, he founded and was the CTO of mediabiose and later managed the Business Development department (worldwide) for Smart Hydro Power. He has been working for Matthias as an investment manager for now several years.
Benjamin Wochner
Benjamin is deeply rooted in sustainability and entrepreneurship. His academic background, including a Master’s in Management & Technology from TU Munich, gives him a comprehensive understanding of technology and business related issues. Over many years, he developed his skills as an investor and entrepreneur while working for the cleantech investment firm EIT InnoEnergy, the battery storage scale-up Kyon Energy, and as co-founder of the technology consulting firm PrismAR.
Clara Wat
Clara is passionated about Sustainable Finance and the Cleantech and Impact Startup ecosystems. She discovered her strong interest for the early stage investment space at MAOR in Tel Aviv. Previously, she worked in Asset Management at Lombard Odier and Venture Capital at White Star Capital. Clara has lived in more than 5 countries, including Israel and China, and speaks 4 languages. She graduated from a BBA at IE University (Madrid) and from a Master in Management at ESCP Business School.

Philip Haverkamp
Philip has been an entrepreneur for more than 10 years and helps startups with their business Development operations and sales. As the founder and managing director of Ampero, he was responsible for the development of the products and sales department. He is still a passionate networker today. His motto: "Just do it".
